The Gudelsky Environmental Education Center, at our Mt Pleasant location, is a 8,700 square foot facility that houses a large meeting room, classrooms, and a gift shop. The building features many “green” elements, including bamboo and recycled tire flooring, full spectrum lighting, and HardiPlank exterior siding. Available for conferences, private parties, and meetings, the main assembly room – the Gudelsky Room – can seat up to over 200 people theatre style, 150 comfortably buffet style; the lower level Classroom/Nature Center can accommodate up to 50. The Center is available for rental year-round. The Conservancy’s outdoor garden and picnic areas are also available for rental from mid-May through mid-October.
